Biography
Frank L. Danchetz has served as Business Practice Director for Transportation Design at ARCADIS, G&M, Inc. since January of 2004. Previously, he was Chief Engineer of the Georgia Department of Transportation for ten years and held several other positions, including Head of the Office of Environment and Location, Director of Planning and Programming and as a Design Group Leader. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and was Vice Chair of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways, and a member of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Research. He received a bachelor of civil engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Danchetz is a current member of TRB’s Research and Technology Coordinating Committee.
